Accountability affronted cowish bamboozlement  

Facts trumped subjective truths

Mind uninfected by snake-oil potions

Voodoo tactics crumbled under hard footsteps

Actions bemoaned the hollowness of spoken word

Piggish greed revealed, ardently reviled

Banality abounds
Creativity proves evasive
Head bangs against beige walls
Monitoring plinking, pixelating

Daydreams of razors gliding across tattooed wrist
Goals unwatered, wilting
Ambition fades to black
Hands cramp on keyboard

Anger regresses inward
Phone calls sent straight to vioce mail
Motivation lost, no searching
Slapped self in face, twice

Don't fret
the hamster's fed
Wire wheel turns round

Time to refocus, concentrate
