Actions spoke volumes, no one injured, no need to justify
Morals manifested without hesitation amid perpetual strife
Apathetic toward flagrant lies spread by shit eating horseflies
Enraged by no reaction from gratuitous allegations
Despite the situation, adhere to rank, an unassailable caste
Don’t astray, safety not a duty, an obligation
Wits polished, well armed, unfazed by one-sided dogfights
Words slung raw, dripped with substance, fresh yolk
Unmoved, fearless, confident with the truth of hindsight
Right or wrong, bow and grovel, beseech forgiveness
Unilateral decisions not authorized, despotic authority reigns
No deliverance, punishment wicked, unthinkable vileness
Intelligence enveloped in valor, coupled in might
Muscles flexed, silver tongue unleashed
Beliefs steeled, abhorrent to conventional plight
Slights, barbs, character assassinations proved futile
Stepped back, hands fisted, hollow valor
Threats of termination hissed off a fork-tongued reptile
Devoid of empathy and compassionless gluttony exposed
Leadership, domination, commands unheeded
Shallow, conscienceless, inhumanity opposed
Pressured speech, white-knuckled, mouth foamed
Reminded of status, less than, a pauper, a peasant
Face reddened, eye-brows furrowed, respect the throne
Slandered by falsehoods, vilified by slurs of hypocrisy
Principled, unbroken, reflected, paused, surrender is comical
Authentic integrity, merciful tenacity, rebuttal void of cruelty
Compromise laughable, steadfast stonewalled
Quarrel shackled to stagnation, a lose-lose draw
Status quo preserved, ranks fixed, progress stalled
